We’ve also setup a discount code to encourage others to support local vendors. The code is LOCAL10. This can be used at checkout to save 10% on all show passes. Hello vendors! AEX is just around the corner, and we hope you are just as excited as we are! Here is your setup information:

On arrival, before doing anything, register with our team. You’ll find them at the entrance to the convention centre. Please make sure that everyone who is working your table has a ticket for the show. 

UNLOADING AND PARKING
For the initial unload, you may park your car along the side of the Delta on Queen Street. There are multiple glass doors you can use to enter and unload your stock. After unloading, you can either park in the Delta parking lot for a daily fee or find other parking options in the city.

SETUP HOURS
Vendors may begin their setup on Friday between 2 PM and 7 PM. The doors will reopen on Saturday at 7 AM. Kindly ensure that your setup is completed, and your area is free of boxes, suitcases, etc., by 10 AM, as our VIP attendees will be arriving at that time. Expect traffic to be slow for the first hour. The doors open to everyone at 11. On Sunday, you may access the venue from 10am. 

EVENT HOURS
On Saturday, the market will open at 10AM (VIP) and close at 6PM. On Sunday we will open at 11AM (VIP) and again close at 6PM. The doors to the market will be locked overnight, however we strongly suggest taking your cashbox and valuables with you as we cannot be responsible for any loss of items.

Our Charlottetown show is just over a month away, and we’re reaching out to you to reconfirm your attendance at AEX. As per the original application, we kindly ask all table holders to reconfirm, this ensures that the market is full and every table is utilized. To reconfirm your attendance, please click on the following link. We appreciate your prompt response by March 7.

In the first week of March, we will provide you with detailed load-in and setup instructions, which will be posted here on our website. For your convenience, we are offering advanced setup on Friday afternoon and early setup on Saturday morning. Remember, please do not ship any goods to the hotel without obtaining express permission from AEX.

The market spaces filled up rapidly, so if you’re interested in additional tables, we kindly request that you make your purchase promptly, as they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
