Hello vendors! AEX is quickly approaching, and we hope you are just as excited as we are! Here is your setup information:

On arrival, before doing anything, register with our team. You’ll find them at the entrance to the convention center. As of Saturday, everyone who is working at your table needs a ticket. 

Reminder: the venue does NOT supply linen for your tables unless you’ve requested and paid for one already. 

UNLOADING AND PARKING
You can find details about parking at the Fredericton Convention Centre by visiting: https://www.frederictonconventions.ca/en/attend/#parking. Our market hall will be located on the second floor. There are several elevators and escalators near the entrance for your convenience. However, if you need access to the service elevator for larger setups, please contact us and we will arrange a time to do so. Once you are given a timeslot to use the service elevator, you will have a 15 minute window to bring your items/merchandise in and out of the venue. Vendors with multiple tables will be given priority access to the service elevator.

SETUP HOURS
We will be opening the vendor hall on Friday from 3PM to 6PM allowing for early setup. On Saturday, the hall will open to vendors at 6AM for setup. For Sunday, vendors can enter to restock and organize their tables at 10AM.

EVENT HOURS
On Saturday, the market will open at 11AM (VIP) and close at 7PM(event closing at 8PM). On Sunday we will open at 11AM (VIP) and close at 6PM. The doors to the market will be locked overnight, however we strongly suggest taking your cashbox and valuables with you as we cannot take responsibility for any loss of items.

TEARDOWN HOURS
Please make sure to have all of your merchandise and personal belongings out of the venue by 9PM. The service elevator will be a first-come, first-served scenario.

Our Fredericton show is just over a month away, and we’re reaching out to you to reconfirm your attendance at AEX. As per the original application, we kindly ask all table holders to reconfirm, this ensures that the market is full and every table is utilized. To reconfirm your attendance, please click on the following link. We appreciate your prompt response by March 28.

It has been confirmed with the venue that the market table sizes will be 6’x30”, so please plan accordingly. A reminder, you are required to bring your own table cloth, if you wish to use one.

In the next few weeks, we will provide you with detailed load-in and setup instructions, which will be posted here on our website. We hope to offer setup on Friday afternoon as well at from 6am on Saturday. Remember, please do not ship any goods to the venue without obtaining express permission from AEX.

Hello! Congratulations on your acceptance into the AEX (NB) market. This page will be your primary resource for all the information you need in the lead-up to the event. At this point, you might have a few questions, so please take a moment to review all the details available on our website. Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing a wealth of information with you right here.

If you’re interested in additional tables, we kindly request that you make your purchase promptly, as they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To do so, simply follow this link to our portal. After scrolling past the ticket types, you’ll find the addons section where you can select the items you need. Once you’ve placed your order, please respond to your acceptance email with your confirmation number, and we will ensure that the corresponding services are added to your table. We suggest doing this from a desktop.
